Dear Readers

Welcome to edition four of Magnificent Me – the quarterly online women’s magazine dedicated to celebrating real, creative and inspirational women with talents to parade and stories to tell!

We hope you will all feel part of the Magnificent Me community – especially those who have been with us since the beginning. These are the ways in which you can get more involved and help us to grow:

SPREAD THE WORD
We are a free magazine offering free, high quality copy. We need as many people as possible to know about us. Please spread the word amongst your circle and, even better, send us an email with the e-addresses of your mates to us at: database@magnificentme.com so that we can email them every time a new issue goes live.

We also have MagnificentMe postcards which we will send you if you can tell us of a great café or outlet or conference or gathering where you think you could hand them out – the more international, the better! Our cards have already gone out all over the UK and as far away as Santa Fe, Amsterdam and New York.

SEND US FEEDBACK
Help us to find out what you like best about the magazine. We can see from our technical summary which pages you visit most, but we’d love to know what you think and feel about our regular and irregular features – as well as what you don’t like very much. Please use the feedback button at the bottom of the contents page to tell us.

CONTRIBUTE CONTENT
You can contribute in small and large ways.

We are always looking for contributors to our regular slots:
Poetry for Poet’s Corner
Photo Essays (rather than mixed portfolios)
Letter from – describing rather unusual everyday lives (whether you’re going through something in particular, have just moved somewhere new or do something unusual for a living)
First Person – a description of life-changing events or moments in your life
Bitch – what really gets your goat? An opportunity to really let loose…
Creative Spotlight – focus on up and coming artistic talent

We are also always looking for good and unusual general feature ideas about politics, history, culture, art

Unfortunately we cannot pay for any contributions.

COMPANIES AND PROMOTIONS

We do not run news stories about new products. However, if we think you can offer our readers something they would be really interested in, we are happy to consider running a competition slot with you. Again, send your ideas to contribute@magnificentme.com
